Hosting my first membership meeting as part of the Hispanic/Latine ARG leadership team was a delight. Seeing everyone laugh and connect over a virtual cultural game reminded me that Inclusion & Belonging is about creating moments to bond with colleagues we might never meet otherwise, all while learning about and embracing a new culture or group.
