Associate Resource Groups

Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) allow associates to participate in events and activities that foster a sense of belonging. Voluntary and open to all associates, our nine ARGs provide opportunities for personal and professional growth and enhance standard company programs. ARGs provide an additional opportunity for all associates to exchange experiences and knowledge, encourage collaboration, connect over shared interests and engage with the community.

Hosting my first membership meeting as part of the Hispanic/Latine ARG leadership team was a delight. Seeing everyone laugh and connect over a virtual cultural game reminded me that Inclusion & Belonging is about creating moments to bond with colleagues we might never meet otherwise, all while learning about and embracing a new culture or group.
