Our company and culture

Community-minded values are deeply ingrained in our company and culture. We make bold, strategic investments that strengthen our communities, foster independence and create opportunities for our associates to engage through volunteerism and supported giving.

Explore our community giving priorities

We work hard to align our community initiatives with our business priorities in a way that will be good for society and good for our business.

Financial Wellness

By investing in financial education, workforce development and job training for youth and adults, we empower our customers, associates and communities to build a bright financial future.

Equity and Inclusion

Our investments toward the access of quality education, health care, affordable housing and other basic needs reduce barriers to self-sufficiency and promote equal access to opportunity for children and their families.

Protecting our Planet

We're doing our part to combat climate change and its impact by raising awareness, increasing education and making strategic investments toward environmental conservation, restoration, mitigation and impact reduction.

Our Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) commitments

We’re committed to meeting the credit needs of our community under the Credit Reinvestment Act. Led by our banks, our CRA strategy is developed by working with local nonprofits and government agencies to identify and address emerging challenges and is guided by three principles: diversifying our community development loans and investments; making impactful and timely grants; and engaging our communities through service and volunteerism.
